HOW IT WORKS

Film makers and creatives face a difficult task as they try to bring their concepts and stories to life and the big screen. There are many alternatives such as television, live stage, Broadway the Internet and even distributed media. We are here to help creatives and producers fulfill their hopes and dreams.

The different stages of filmmaking include development, pre-production, production, post-production and distribution. As a producer, your job is to pull all these elements together, manage the different people, and, most importantly, raise enough money to make your feature film. We help creatives, producers, actors, investors and regular people accomplish something revolutionary, with or without the help of large financial institutions or production companies.

Basically how it works:
1. Creatives, writers, producers submit film or media project concepts, ideas or synopsis for posting.
2. We post these project profiles on our web site within a Funding Business Exchange System (TM).
3. We open up our public web site and showcase projects that everyday people or investors may participate in funding.
4. Creatives accept the funding terms, give equity or sales points for their projects and receive funding dollars to begin their project.

Our mission is to accelerate projects to quickly become motion picture, television screen, consumer product release or Internet media delivery products. We hope to change the landscape and build a content revolution.

WRITERS, PRODUCERS, VIDEOGRAPHERS OR ANYONE WITH A CONCEPT OR IDEA FOR A FILM PROJECT (CREATIVE) submits the basis of what they have to offer as a project for investment. This could be merely a concept on a napkin or something as thorough as a treatment along with a script and sample short reel. It's up to the creator to provide the most compelling description or project details as possible to build the story or portfolio of what they have to offer.

CREATIVE CHOOSES AMOUNT OF INVESTMENT THEY ARE SEEKING FOR THEIR PROJECT - Amounts are set by the creative based on what they determine they will need to complete their project and conversely what they will glean in profit from residuals or sales.

WE POST PROJECT DETAILS AND AMOUNT NEEDED FOR PROJECT INVESTMENT - Note that within the structure of the investment deal there may be multiple investors. There are often many investors interested in the project. The investment equity and residual payment is determined by investment participation amount.

RECEIVE MONEY FROM INVESTORS - Investment dollars are received through our secure financial clearing system.

PRODUCE YOUR PROJECT - The creative plans the project and utilizes investment dollars to move forward and fund their project..

SHOP OR SELL YOUR PROJECT - Once completed the creative works alone, with agents or with us to shop and broker a deal to promote, market, sell, publish or license their works. This is an exciting time to be a content creator. There are many film festivals and environments by which a content owner may promote and market their works to the next level.

MAKE MONEY AND SHARE RESIDUALS - Over time the creative repays the investment loan back to the investor or simply allows the investor to receive residuals on actual deals.
